Sinéad’s theatre designs include: Making History, Myrmidons, Amadeus (Ouroboros); Alice In Wonderland (Landmark and the Helix); Cavalcaders, The Bacchae Of Baghdad (Abbey Theatre); Dublin By Lamplight, Streetcar (Corn Exchange); Macbeth (Theatreworks / Second Age); Mutability, Tales from Ovid, Richard III (Theatreworks); Father Matthew (Yew Tree Theatre); Guests of the Nation, ART (Everyman Palace); Hanging on by a Thread, Chamber Made (CoisCéim Dance Company); King Lear, Hamlet (Second Age); Rudolf The Red, Pass The Parcel (The Ark); The Woman Who Walked Into Doors (Upbeat Theatre Co.); Midden (Rough Magic); Guess Who’s Coming To The Dinner? Sinéad has won the Irish Times Theatre Awards Best Costume Design twice; for Making History and How Many Miles to Babylon (2005); and for Mutability (2000); and has been nominated three times: for Alice in Wonderland (2007); Amadeus and Dublin by Lamplight (2004); Macbeth (2003). Sinéad was the Costume Designer for the Opening Ceremony of the Ryder Cup 2006. She is on the Artistic Committee of Ouroboros Theatre Company and is currently the School of Drama Costume Co-coordinator at the Samuel Beckett Theatre, Trinity College.
