Support
How to Support our Work
We invite you to support us in the work of taking our engaging, well-produced and imaginative drama to audiences across Ireland and further afield. Coming to our productions and recommending them to your friends is a great way to show your support for our work. However, we have a number of schemes which allow you to support us more substantially and in the process become part of the Ouroboros family. As we are a registered company with charitable status, your contribution is entirely tax deductable. The forms of contributions described below apply to a twelve month period from the date your contribution reaches us. Supporters, Sponsors and Patrons are notified of our forthcoming shows prior to tickets going on sale, which gives them priority in choosing the performances the wish to attend.
Company Supporters pledge the company €100 and in return receive notification of our shows, regular email updates about the company’s work, and two free tickets to a show or shows of their choice.
Company Sponsors pledge the company €250 and in return receive notification of our shows, regular web updates about the company’s work and four free tickets to a show or shows of their choice.
Company Patrons pledge the company €1000 and in return, as well as being kept up to date on all the work at Ouroboros, receive four free tickets to a show or shows of their choice. On top of this, patrons and their guests are invited to the annual Patrons Party where they have the opportunity to meet the artists, producers and management of the company, along with other patrons who support our work. The names of our patrons appear in our programmes and on our website, unless the patron chooses to opt out of this.
Gifting a scheme to your friends and loved ones
An Ouroboros supporters’ scheme is a wonderful gift to give to those interested in the arts. If you’ve racked your brain wondering what to buy that special someone for their birthday, anniversary or Christmas, why not consider giving them one of the above schemes which will allow them to experience exceptionally exciting theatre and be part of this dynamic theatre family.
Next Step
Once you have decided which form of support you wish to give, contact the company office at Dublin Castle by email ouroboros@eircom.net or phone 01 6724718. Ouroboros staff will be delighted to discuss the schemes in more detail and arrange your payment.
