Current Production
Ouroboros is unabe to give percise details of its forthcoming productions until the company's budgetary position is clarified in relation to Arts Council funding. We are, however, busy with the pre-production stages of two plays which we hope to offer later this year. The first, entitled 'Macbeth at the Gates,' comes from Cork playwright Micheal Lovett and examines the nature of the love between Macbeth and Lady Macbeth. The second piece, written by Cathal Courtney, entitled 'Farewell, Winston,' is set on the day of Churchill's death and looks at de Valera's attempt to give his old adversary an appropriate farewell.
